    We are currently seeking skilled SOHO Inside Sales to join our team. The position will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships between TP-Link and corporate clients in the field of networking devices, cameras, and related IT products. Below is a detailed job description for this position:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Customer Resource Management and Relationship Building:
      • Actively maintain and manage individual customer resources, establishing long-term and stable relationships through consistent communication and care.
      • Utilize various communication channels such as phone, Zalo, and email to ensure close contact between customers and the company, understanding their needs, and providing timely support.
    2. Customer Screening and Collaboration Opportunity Assessment:
      • Utilize existing customer information within the company to conduct in-depth screening via phone, Zalo, email, and other means.
      • Evaluate the collaboration potential of customers, understand their needs, and determine whether additional support or specific solutions are required.
    3. Professional Product Communication and Sales Skills:
      • Thoroughly study and understand the company's product line, conveying the unique value and competitive advantages of the products to customers professionally.
      • Flexibly apply various sales techniques for effective communication and negotiation, while keeping customers updated on the latest developments in the company's solutions.
    4. Expansion of End-Customer Base and Information Organization:
      • Proactively explore end consumers, including coffee shops, convenience stores, and small restaurants.
      • Obtain key System Integrator (SI) information for deploying network equipment and security monitoring equipment directly to end customers, and organize and transfer this information to the Vertical Sales team for closer business connections.
    5. Social Media Customer Expansion and Resource Handover:
      • Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, forums, TikTok, etc., to discover potential customers.
      • Establish connections with potential customers, introduce TP-Link products and solutions, and generate initial cooperation interest.
      • If customers express interest, promptly transfer customer resources to the Vertical Sales team for follow-up visits and business advancement, with joint responsibility from Inside Sales and Vertical Sales.

    • Diploma or higher education degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
    • Experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the mobile phone vendor industry.

    • Experience working in dynamic environments and under pressure to achieve targets. Must be willing to visit customers with Pre-sales to conduct training.
    • Experience working in a brand company or a brand’s distribution companies is required.
    • Possession of an existing ICT & CCTV offline customer database and relationships is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in English or Chinese communication. Basic English communication skills are mandatory.
